Stacey Shelby is a full time REALTOR® who has been investing in real estate and hmaking her clients dreams come true for over 18 years. A long time resident of Columbus, Stacey sells residential and commercial properties in Gahanna, Reynoldsburg, Blacklick, Pickerington and the surrounding areas.

Specializing in Sellers, First time home buyers, New Home Construction and Investors, Stacey believes in taking a direct, hands on approach with her clients and is well supported by her superb office support staff and team at Exit Trinity Realty. She also uses the latest internet technologies to market and find homes at an expert level.

Stacey believes that education is paramount to exceeding her client’s expectation: to that end, she has advanced her real estate education earning several designations and certifications. She has been trained by some of the industry’s top agents and coaches such as Barb Schwarz, The Creator of Home Staging, Johnny Lowey and Jeff Lobb of EXIT Realty and has received the designations of Accredited Home Staging Professional and Relocations Specialist to name a few. 

A first class education combined with years of learning in the field has served Stacey well and earned her many awards such as a Dedicated Service Award during her time at Tween Brands and Ascena Retail.

Stacey is a member in good standing of the local Association of Realtors (CBR), Ohio Association of Realtors (OAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR). She sits on the Advisory Board for CHLOE Inc., is the current President of the local International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP) and is the owner/operator of 3 Element Designs, a professional home staging company.

Stacey believes that being a REALTOR® is about more than joining professional associations and helps her community by serving at The Bread of Life Food Pantry and donating to Habitat for Humanity. To date EXIT Realty has donated over $2.25 million to the charity and built more than 15 habitat homes.

In her spare time, Stacey enjoys DIY projects around her home like building and refinishing furniture and other home décor projects. She also designs custom wall art which she sells at local art shows several times per year. Stacey and her husband Will have three children, 14, 19, 21 and a 4 year old Boxer.
