My expertise is with investors. I deal with clients who are looking for properties to flip or keep as rentals. Mainly foreclosures, Hud and bankowned properties. My area is Douglas, Paulding, and West Cobb. I only deal in these areas because in order to find the kind of property that will sell good once remodeled or rent well you need to really know the area and I have dealt with these particular areas. I know all the subdivisions well and can pinpoint the "good ones". I'm not like alot of agents that just want you to buy a house. I look at it from a different stand point. I want to find you a house at a good deal that you can fix up and turn around and make a profit and then we can go to the next home. I have investors that keep coming back to me because of my expertise. I have no problem with putting in many low offers for you until you get one!
