Originally from Michigan, Shawn Harris received her first real estate license in 1979. She is a lifetime Multi-Million Dollar producer for the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors, a member of the National Association of Realtors,Ausgusta County Board of Realtors, Anne Arundel County Board of Realtors, GCAAR, licensed as a broker in Virginia, DC and MD. She owns an outstanding and productive EXiT Metro Realty office.

With a strong entrepenuerial background of success,having owned her own interior design firm for almost 20 years while also developing a strong real estate sales team, Shawn works for a WIN/WIN solution in every negotiation. She has focused on bringing excellent training, superb sales skills and a progressive agent centered business philosophy to her offices.

Shawn is an E-Pro, an Eco-Broker, earning her GRI, CRS and CRB.She is a member of both the Mount Vernon Chamber of Commerce and the Alexandria City Chamber of Commerce. She believes the better educated an agent is, the stronger the skills, the better negotiator and the better prepared an agent is to handle the toughest selling situation.
