I have worked with many 1st time buyers and know how to explain and walk them through the home buying process. I have also found through the years that since clients are not buying or sellers everyday, even 3rd time clients benefit from an agent that is going to explain things. Especially since things change so much over the years.
I have sold home in all price ranges and in most areas in my market. From the San Fernando Vally, to Agoura, Westlake, Thousand Oaks, to Simi Vally and the Santa Clarita Valley, from Burbank and Glandale to the West Side communities.
