Hello Everyone,

My name is Shaun-Ann Smith. I know it is difficult to pronounce at first, but after the story I am about to tell you on how I got this FUN name, then it will be easier on you all. My parents were in a quarrel about what to name me. My mother wanted Shaun and my father wanted Ann, So they compromised and Shaun-Ann was Born. I see Real Estate is similar. For a successful transaction you must compromise. Succesfull Sellers and Buyers will most definately compromise on a few issues through out the transaction. I bet none of which will be as important as to what you name your child; the name that your child will have for their entire life; the name that will forever mold and set your child different from other children. So don't worry it could be a lot worse.

Of Course I am having fun with this, but I believe you have to use fun creative ways to get your point across. We live in such a busy and serious life, a little fun can't hurt. On the other hand I also want you to understand that I take your business seriously. My clients, and customers are number one in my book. Just one transaction with me and you will see. I treat all my clientele with respect and attentiveness.

I was attending college to become a forensic scientist, I quit so that I could be a Realtor. Why? you ask. Because I was disappointed in the service I recieved from a real estate agent we had. I knew that I could make a difference in the market place, so away I went to real estate school. I have not stopped or slowed down since. I now own my own company only 5 years after getting my first real estate license. I have been licensed in Missouri, California and I am now a Broker in Missouri. I have practiced in many types of markets and many fields of real estate. Believe me this is rare, most agents are one type agents. They feel comfortable in only one type, residential and single family homes. There are other needs in real estate too, and I am here to provide simple, high quality service and for less money.
