SharonRose Johnson is a professional Re/Max Sales Associate who helps people with the sometimes overwhelming maze of purchasing or selling a home. Prior to moving to Cape Coral, SharonRose purchased a Florida home while living in Indiana. Living in Cape Coral is very different from living in Indiana. SharonRose was always telling her new friends about her Cape Coral discoveries. During one of these times of sharing, a friend said, "SharonRose, you should be a real estate agent. You would be very good at helping people move here."
Sharon Rose Johnson is a dedicated and committed Real Estate Consultants. She has an energetic spirit and a love of the Florida lifestyle. SharonRose is backed by Re/Max with offices and a referral network world wide. Nobody sells more real estate than Re/Max sales associates and SharonRose is a crucial part of the Re/Max team. She earned Re/Max awards three years running. SharonRose Johnson grew up in northeast Indiana where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Ed, at Huntington College and a Master's degree at Ball State University. Sharon Rose lived 4 years in Washington DC when her husband was in the US Navy. She has been a member of the Lee County Memorial Hospital clowns and is a member of COPA, a mission that builds schools and medical clinics in the Dominican Republic.

SharonRose had two major life changing events that created a desire to help retires. SharonRose helped her Aunt B downsize and move closer to SharonRose and her family lived. From that experience SharonRose gained insight about the turmoil and problems associated with downsizing. The other major event was moving to Cape Coral. SharonRose and her husband visited Cape Coral for a week in December of 1998. During that visit they decided to become Cape Coral, Florida residence. SharonRose studied Cape Coral real estate from Indiana via the internet. In April of 1999 SharonRose, her husband, Dave, two Yorkies landed in Cape Coral (Ft Myers actually) on a Saturday nigh with pages and pages of internet printouts. The following Sunday, in a church parking lot, after church, before heading to the airport--SharonRose and Dave signed the contract for their home.
