| In the past nine years Sharon has listed and sold five homes for me. The prices covered a broad range ($2 million, $200k, 1.2 million, $425k, and $515k). She is a remarkable realtor! Each of my homes sold quickly and at or near list price. Whether she was selling my $200k home or my $2 million home, she provided the same great service and her TREMENDOUS advertising program (which I think is one of the reasons she is one of the top realtors in the country and certainly in this area). Sharon is just as happy to list and sell a $100k house as a $5 million house. She knows how to work with buyers and their realtors across the spectrum of price ranges. Sharon is a great negotiator and always works with other realtors and appraisers to ensure that our homes sell for top dollar. Sharon is confident and able to convey what adds value to a property. We have NEVER been disappointed in the sales price she has achieved for us - regardless of the price range. Sharon also sold a townhouse and house for my daughter and a townhouse for a friend. | Jen and I met with a local real estate agent today (Sharon Hodnett) and she blew my socks off. Talk about knowing her market and being able to move properties, this lady is amazing. I felt I owe it to you to let you know about this agent. She spends $10,000 a month in advertising whether the house is $80,000 or $4 million. She tracks the hits to her site and more specifically the individual asset. She can tell you how much traffic your house is getting from other realtors, the local metrics for the neighborhood, the list goes on. | I have to say that Sharon Hodnett’s passion, commitment and knowledge blew me away when I was skeptical about hiring an agent to sell our home in 2005. We needed to sell our home in Fort Worth to be able to afford to move in our new home we were building. She quickly showed me her market analysis, marketing plans and aggressiveness with helping price my home. She took great pics and did a virtual tour to put online. Within two weeks a couple from Houston saw the virtual tour, made the trip to walk the house and made an offer on our home. The marketing was over the top and without the virtual tour; I don’t believe the buyer would have found us. We closed quick and were out in 30 days. In 2011, when troubled times came upon our family, it was a no-brainer to contact Sharon again. She reacted very quickly and once again posted a sign in our yard, did a virtual tour and brought me an offer the first weekend. It’s no wonder Sharon is one of Century 21’s top producers. Some people just get it, and Sharon definitely does. Whether large or small, she will do everything an agent can do to sell your home. | It has been a "great ride" from start to finish! That very much sums up all the things Sharon, Paula and members of Team Hodnett have done for us, the Quach Family, from the time we first started our meeting with Sharon on having our property at 314 Crestview Dr., Arlington, TX up for listing back on March 8th, 2009. After our first meeting, Sharon had left us a very good impression that we are in a very good hand of someone with numbers of years of expertise in areas of real estate business. She is very confident on what she does and as well as what she commits to. From the tips, advices, details on how certain things must be done etc., and especially the beautiful virtual tour and the weekly virtual tour report, I just cannot simply express my sincere appreciation for the extra miles that Sharon has taken, to get us to the finish line, i.e., closing the house last Thursday, 6/25/2009. Although it appears that the time from our first meeting on 3/08/2009 until closing on 6/25/2009 is more than three months, the actual time from the time the property was listed until the date an offer came in was "just about a month." And as soon as the offer was finalized, Sharon and Paula were very much on top of things on helping us to where we are today, i.e., closing the property as scheduled.
