Ricky & Shari, Thanks so much for all your help selling our home in Baton Rouge. We have been wanting to move to North Carolina for some time and the two of you were able to make that dream come true for our family. We would certainly recommend you both to any one that would need a realtor. Good luck to you both. Steve & Sheila Boxill

Ricky, Thank you very much for selling our house in Baton Rouge, LA. My wife and I attempted to sell the property via 2 different realtors before you but they were not successful. I am glad that you called me that day and we decided to give you chance to sell it. We appreciated your professional evaluation to the property which was followed up with the pricing recommendation and marketing. We are very happy to see that you were able to sell our property within such a short time. My wife and I were impressed with your teamwork with your wife, such an excellent team to success. It was an astonishing experience dealing with you and your wife. In addition, the documentation handling via your computer arrangement was also notable success which contributed to an easy process. Of course I will recommend you to my friends to consider you if they are interested to sell their house. We would like to good luck you and your wife on your business, As a return feel free to reference me for your clients which I can provide them strong recommendation to deal with you and your wife. On Jan 4, 2013, I called Ricky concerning my property at Manchac Highlands. My conversation with him did not start off well. Somehow, he had been calling my son and daughter-in-law, who had a bad wireless connection and the phone kept going dead. My son called me and informed me that this Ricky guy kept calling and he was getting tired of it and asked me to call him and tell him to stop calling and bothering them. I immediately called the number my son gave me and began to let Ricky know how I felt (I was ticked off). He listened to me, apologized, and then began to tell me the reason behind his phone call and how his system worked. He did not know why the other phone numbers were coming up but made a note to ensure that those numbers were not called again. I basically told him that I had lost my job, had moved back to Texas and did not care whether the house went into foreclosure or not. He began to explain to me the alternatives that were available to me and the importance of not just “walking away” from the house. I began to listen to his advice. He spoke to me in a matter of fact manner, with respect towards me even though I had started our conversation off fairly aggressive. He stated that even if I did not choose to use him or his company for an alternative to foreclosure, to at least consider doing anything rather than nothing. I actually appreciated his frank and earnest approach, kind of man to man, but not too pushy. I was aggressive, he let me get that out, gave me advice, and calmed me to a point to where I actually chose him to be my realtor. He promised me he would work as hard to sell my house as he did in getting hold of me (pun intended). He and his team have done just that. High integrity, communications throughout process have been adequate-as promised. Hopefully, this Friday, we close. Put the house on the market with another Realtor on July 4, 2012. No offers for 6 months. Ricky took over as Realtor Jan 4, 2013, multiple offers in less than a month, nothing else to say here. Let the records speak for themselves. Thanks, Andrew Rittenour
