I am maried to an amazing man, he is a chef and great father to our 2 year old son Layne. We also have 2 dogs, a lab mix and a golden retriever. We are outside anytime we have the chance weather it is hiking, camping, sleding, snow shoeing, working in the yard, relaxing on the deck, or just a walk to the park we are having a good time. We also love nights at home cooking dinner and listening to music, or watching a game.
BackgroundI grew up in Wyoming so I have a country side to me, but I was always trapped in a city girl's body. I miss my friends and family, but probably will never move back. After high school I was not sure what I wanted to do so I ended up waiting tables at Outback Steakhouse for about 5 years. It was long hours and hard work, but I never minded. I always wanted to go back to school, but never knew what I wanted to be. I have always loved real estate and been interested in the market. When we bought our house I did a large portion of the work and I thought to myself, I should be getting paid for this. It was then that I decided that I wanted to be a realtor. I love my career because work is fun (most of the time), I have time with my family, and I make great money.
Keller Williams has the best training program, it starts when you are a new agent and continues through out your career. There are classes offered daily taught by experts in different areas of the real estate market. There are 450 agents in my office and everyone of them is willing to share their expertise and knowledge with me at any time. Keller Williams is the only real estate office that has profit sharing which encourages us to support each other to succeed becasue we all benefit from each other.
Marketing PlanI have a 14 point marketing plan that I use to sell every home that I list. Most agent simply list homes, I market them.
Buyers Needs AnalysisWhen I meet someone who is looking to purchase a home I start by meeting with them and doing a buyer's needs analysis. By doing this I can better search for and find your home. Instead of showing you 20 or more homes, my goal is to find your home after 5-7 showings.
