I was an Executive Secretary for 14 yrs before getting into Real Estate in 2000. I first specialized in New Construction in Stafford and Spotsylvania Counties. I have since gotten into Full-Service Real Estate and expanded to the areas of: Fredericksburg, Caroline, King George, Orange and Louisa.  I have been in the Fredericksburg area for 14 yrs, moving from Upstate NY. I know what its like to move to an area you know nothing about and solely rely on a real estate agent for help and guidance.  That is why I love working with people in the military and others moving from another state.
