I even enjoy the time spent at inspections discovering how many things can be wrong with a house and negotiating the repairs with the seller who really doesn't want to fix any of them. One of my biggest passions is working with clients relocating to the area. I have lived in 6 different states over the past 20 years and have loved and hated the agents who helped me buy and sell houses. These experiences have given me insight into the kind of service that someone new to our area needs.
