Raj Vaswani is an associate Reliance Realty Bay Area / REMAX Investments.
Raj is a second-generation Realtor who grew up around real estate. Both his parents are Realtors, property developers, and investment property consultants in Silicon Valley. Seeing his parents help people build wealth and achieve the ultimate American Dream of home ownership helped shape his interest and passion in doing the same.
Raj leverages his strong negotiation skills and legal savvy to successfully represent and guide his clients through the most important investment decision they will make. He places great emphasis on honesty, attention to detail, and managing risk throughout the transaction process to limit his clients' liability. In his role as a consultant to his clients, he ensures that he actively listens to their needs and provides them with all the information to empower them to make confident decisions through the process of selling or buying a home, so that it is a positive experience. With an active interest in computer technology, Raj uses various technological resources available to help facilitate real estate transactions. Raj grew up in the Bay Area and currently lives in San Carlos, making him a resident expert on peninsula communities.
In addition to his Real Estate career, Raj continues to serve the community. His interests outside of work include spending time with his family including a son and a dog, traveling, reading, and riding his motorcycle.
