I retired in early 2003 from the Federal Government after 26-1/2 years of service. I've always been interested in real estate, from an investment perspective and because I want to help people find the American Dream for themselves.  Traveling all over this region is half of the fun ... I have worked with clients in Charles County, St. Mary's County, Prince George's County, Anne Arundel County, Calvert County, Montgomery County, Howard County, Baltimore County, Baltimore City, Frederick County, Harford County, Carroll County, and even on the Eastern Shore. In short, if it's a property that's located in Maryland, the chances are good that I can help you with it.

A few years ago, I built a Custom Home ... a modular home ... from the ground up, starting with finding the raw land and ultimately moving in.  It was an exhilerating experience that I would highly recommend to ANYONE!  Because I lived through it, I believe I can help YOU do the same thing. If you want to build the "home of your dreams" and then move into it, there's nothing stopping you. If you're a first-time homebuyer, it can be the greatest step you can take!  Building a home is not right for everyone, though, and if it turned out that it isn't for you, I can help you find an existing home that will be PERFECT
for you.

I can also help you sell your current home. The marketing strategy that use (taking advantage of all the Internet has to offer) is very powerful, and I can use it to promote your property to just the right market to get it sold.  Many times, homes are listed for sale but, for whatever reason, do not sell. I can help you figure out what went wrong and determine the best course of action for YOU. There is no standard marketing procedure ... each one must be tailored specifically
for each individual home.

I've owned two homes in Maryland in my 30 years here. The first was in Prince George's County, but I now live in Southern Maryland and think it's the best part of the State.  There are great opportunities here for people who want to relocate away from sprawl or obtain investment properties to take advantage of the potential future growth here.

Selling Your Home -- I will list your home and use our marketing tools for you.  I've only had two listings in five years that did not sell.  One was withdrawn due to family illness and the other so that renovations could be made for a future re-list.

Foreclosures and Short Sales -- If you are in danger of losing your home to foreclosure or you simply need to sell it, but it's value is less than the mortgage, we can do a short sale.  It's not as painful as you may think!

Buying A Home -- First-timers or not. I will help you find the home of your dreams!  I work with buyers who come here from all over the country ... corporate relocations, military transfers, etc. 

Investment Properties -- We can analyze the income potential of any property ... whether it's land, commercial or residential.  I've got the formulas to help you figure out if it's a good investment.

New Construction -- Builders are willing to work with Realtors again ... no cost to you!  This is a big change from a few years ago, when they didn't want to speak with Realtors.  Now, effective October 1, 2007, the builders' sales persons MUST BE licensed!  They are now Realtors representing the seller ... shouldn't you have a Realtor to represent you?

Land Acquisition -- Buying land as an investment or to build a home on ... selling raw land.  If it's on public water and sewer, that's a big part of the process already resolved, but if you need to get the land perc'd, then there's lots of work to do.  And if it's land that can potentially be subdivided, we can work on that, too.
