Hi, My Name is Jerry Wabey and I am lifetime resident of the Seattle. Over the past 23 years of full time real estate experienced I have help over 500 families with all sorts of real estate needs.
Most of my business is single family and condo new and used homes. I have worked extensively with builder on small in-fill close in projects.
I have been moving toward investment property, both for clients and personal portfolio. I have complete 4 different condo conversions in the last 5 years.
