The Benefits of placing properties in a corporate structure and having it run by property professionals represents a global trend. The benefits increase mathematically by placing properties in a public corporate structure as Sea Star Group Inc.'s business model dictates.
Sea Star Group Inc. will own and operate income generating Real Estate similar to Exchange Traded REIT' s however with the advantage of not having to pay high dividends, rather, allocating profits towards internal growth. As a result, the Internal Rate of Return of Sea Star Group Inc. will be much higher while having a very low debt rate.
Buying Strategies and Accommodations
Sea Star Group Inc.'s main focus is the selection of prime properties in high demand vacation destinations around the world as well as the building of luxury accommodations in those areas.
Our goal is to build accommodations which vary from Luxury apartments (condominiums) with integrated accommodations for service personnel such as maids and butlers, to Luxury Villas and Luxury Residential Clubs in the high end sector.
All of the accommodations are equipped with first class amenities and are adjacent to large pools, restaurants, bars and of course, where possible, to beaches.
The aim is to locate our first class accommodations in highly desirable locations with numerous activities within the vicinity such as, golfing, spa, shopping, sport fishing, fine dining, horseback riding etc, while still being affordable to the upper mass market.
