My favorite aspect of being a loan originator is helping a first time homebuyer achieve their dream of homeownership. Since starting in the business in 2000 I have had the opportunity to help hundreds of buyers, from first timers to seasoned investors.
I was born in Detroit, MI and raised in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and earned his BS in finance from The Florida State University. I moved to Colorado a few years ago for the mountains and the weather, and I am excited to settle down in such a perfect location. In my free time I enjoy skiing in the winter and golfing, running and hiking during our many sunny days.
My approach has two focuses: education and consultation. I strive to help my clients understand the obligation of a mortgage, their options in today's lending world, as well as what to expect through the mortgage process. I wants to make sure the process is seamless, and that his clients have a complete understanding of what is likely the largest financial transaction of their lives.
I work hard to make every person feellike the most important person in the room. I always returns calls and emails quickly, and I'm upfront about all fees and program details. I believe an honest and ethical relationship is the only way to work.
As a loan originator I truley enjoy assisting home buyers achieve their dream of home ownership. I especially enjoy helping First Time Home Buyers.
