You may have many different reasons to choose where to live.  You may want to live in an area where your neighbors are your friends and you feel safe at home.  Perhaps you want to be conveniently located to major shopping areas with restaurants, or within a short commute to your office.  Maybe your motivation is the education your children will receive.  Let me share with you some of the reasons why I like to live in this area which I call the “SpeedLine Corridor” . 

Being raised in a single parent household, my Mother exposed me to areas of the country due to her career’s mobility.  After attending Clemson University, I followed in the footsteps of my Mother and chose a career that moved me to many different parts of the country-experiencing urban, suburban, and rural life.  Once I relocated to the greater Philadelphia area, I was instantly exposed to a city of true “Brotherly Love”.  I knew that this was where I wanted to settle down.  This meant finding a community that I could grow with; one that had ample amenities with a neighborhood feel; a place where my family and I could shop, network, dine, and be entertained.  I still desired to be in a large city but I didn’t want to live there.  The “SpeedLine Corridor” of South Jersey offered me just that. 

Comprised of the towns that are adjacent to the 14 mile PATCO High Speed Line train, this corridor of Southern New Jersey puts the convenience of Center City Philadelphia within a 10 minute train ride.  The towns surrounding this 24/7 train line are packed full with major regional malls, unique and authentic shopping areas, restaurants, medical facilities, early and higher education institutions, and caring residents.
