| My husband and I interviewed 5 prospective Real Estate candidates during an on-site visit to our out of state property after carefully selecting from several more by a questionnaire by e-mail. He was on time, expressed an interest when reviewing the property and listening to our concerns, living a great distance away. He came to the table with a startup plan of action of how to market our home. Scott really got our attention that he was already thinking out of the box by having alternate plan B already developed and C in development. Scott gave us weekly updates by e-mail from the time we contracted with him up until we closed. He provided feedback from potential buyers that gave us a sense of what areas if possible to enhance the likelihood of a sale. Being out of state Scott became our eyes and ears in ensuring the property was safe and contacted us if any issues did arise as well as assist in getting solutions that were needed. He went above and beyond in expediting his efforts to insure the sale of our home. |
