Certifications
The Realtors in towns like Ojai not fully utilizing the 100% USDA loan. Easy loan to close!! 100% financing with NO MI!!! and same rate as FHA!!! With exception of the very few people who could qualify for FHA and not USDA (very few) I don't understand why anyone would use FHA in a qualified town. UUUGGGGHHH!!!
