With the collapse of the sub prime lending industry, the financial meltdown that ensued, and the massive down turn in the economy, residential real estate values have suffered one of the greatest downturns in value this century. With this downturn, a wave of LA foreclosures, greater than ever before is just now upon us. Just as the pendulum of value reached unsustainable highs, it is now or very soon reaching that point of unsustainable lows in Los Angeles. For an astute investor, opportunity to capitalize on this market is virtually unprecedented. The window of opportunity, and the profits generated by the few who “go in” over the next 24 to 48 months will be talked about for the next twenty years. They will say “if I had only known”. . .
Scott Rosenberg has been helping savvy investors make smart choices in Los Angeles property for over 5 years. Holding a Master’s degree from UCSB in Education, Scott began his real estate career with the nationwide firm, Marcus & Millichap, selling LA area, multi-unit investment properties. After 3 years with M&M, he transitioned into a leadership role at the RE/MAX commercial and investment group in the South Bay. In early 2009, Scott collaborated to form RH Equities, with the goal of providing clients with a sound investment platform which leverages the tremendous opportunities present in distressed Los Angeles real estate investment, and in particular, LA foreclosures.
