As a real estate agent since 2008, I have exceeded every goal I have set for myself. Working with a strong team in a busy office has elevated my career to a whole new level. I began my career in what has been called the worst market in years and have yet to slow down.
As a real estate professional, I open myself to all types of consumers. I truely enjoy the personal level that is reached when working with a buyer. As for sellers, there isn't much I can't do for you. Aside from my real estate license, I have a Bachelor's Degree in graphic design and have previously worked for a prestigious marketing firm in their advertising department. With my extensive knowledge of the area combined with my marketing background, I can help you reach your goals.
Working in real estate it's almost impossible to limit yourself to one type of consumer. A good realtor extends his service to all in need, but knows when he's reaching too far. Personally, I've found more success with buyers, as I'm a very friendly and sociable person. There is more emotion involved in dealing with buyers and I enjoy that personal level. As far as location I am literally all over the place. My last 3 setttlements at this time-Fox Chase, Southwest Philly and Kensington. I was born and raised in Port Richmond and have lived there my whole life, so of course I favor it over others. I am also very familiar with the surrounding areas; Fishtown, Bridesburg, Kensington, Northern Liberties and Mayfair. But I love this great city and will continue to explore all its ends.
