As the Seller's agent I will market the property aggressively to bring in the highest price in a reasonable amount of time. I will, through open communication, throughout the entire selling process, guide the Seller's through the disclosure process, understanding the contract and all the closing details.

As a Buyer's agent, because I watch the market at least daily, and search for properties that are not yet on the market, I have the knowledge to help Buyer's sort through the inventory to make the perfect purchase. In addition, I will negotiate the best possible price and terms to make the experience as smooth as possible
