I am among the top agents in the local Weichert Realtors, Sumner Group, serving the coast from Beaufort, SC to St. Simons Island, GA.  I am certified Relocation Specialist, Master New Homes Sales Professional and hard working agent for "my" clients and customers.  Our major market is the Military and I am a  certified relocation agent for Affinity. Hunter Army Air Base and Ft. Stewart, in Hinesville, are in our marketing area. Before moving to Weichert, I worked for 10 years with Coldwell Banker, always earning International & Premier Status.  Their agent training program got me on the road to success.

I take pride in doing the best job possible in assisting my customers to find the right home and neighborhood that meets their requirements.  I am also a retired educator and have worked with all of the schools in the three county area serving Chatham, Effingham and Bryan Counties.  If clients want to know about the schools, I will give them a fair, honest information and provide the "correct" school data that will assist them in finding the school for their family.  I provide thorough overviews of neighborhoods, analysis of markets and other statistical data to "educate" newcomers to the area.

I am a true southerner; I got the accent too (I have tried to get rid of it but it is there forever, as bad as Paula Deen). My momma can cook as good as Paula, and I can too, when I have time to do it, which is just usually on holidays.  Being an educator and the "true southerner', I have that  helping my clients' just built in; it is an "automatic thing".
