I thrive on: getting the right home for my buyers, doing right by my sellers, and my ultimate goal is to make sure my clients are FULLY INFORMED prior to making any decision on real estate.
Let's be quite honest. This market is challenging. But with challenge comes opportunity and it excites me when my buyer finds their dream home, gets it for prices not seen since the 1980's and at the lowest interest rate in the last 50 years! On the other side, I know I'm making a difference when I help my clients negotiate with their lender to save their home from foreclosure. While facing some very difficult times, I am proud to be a part of the solution for distressed homeowners.
I am in real estate because I want to make a difference to the people I service. That requires being at the forefront of knowing current legislation, real estate market trends, and how to negotiate best on behalf of my clients. It's about working well in collaboration with other realtors, attorneys, tax accountants and all professionals needed by my client to meet their overall objectives. And it's about having strong negotiation skills to best represent my client's position.

Having bought my first home at the age of 21, then subsequently 5 other homes within 5 years, I understand the philosophy of 'Why not?' If you have a goal, then I would like to bring my real estate expertise to you to help make that happen.

Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and HAFA certified to meet the demands of the distressed homeowner in avoiding foreclosure.
