Ahhh.... all the things I can tell you about myself. How much time do you have? First let me tell you that I'm NOT going to go down in history as one of the great Bloggers in the world. However, with hardwork and determination, I could be known as one of the great Realtors. Here are a few things you may want to know about me... I believe that how we live is more important than where we live. Buying and selling real estate isn't "one-size-fits-all". Your house is a reflection of you. The process of buying and selling real estate can also be a reflection of you. This means as a buyer's agent I need to listen closely and really hear what is important to you. When I look for your next home, I need to keep in mind how you like to fill your space. What makes "just a house" your "home". When I'm selling your home I need to make this process comfortable for you. Moving is stressful. Keeping things tidy all the time is hard. Opening your home up to strangers can be uncomfortable. I understand these things. I strive to make this process smooth and as effortless as possible for you. Taking a personal inertest in your needs is what I do, and I do it sincerely. I have found a very nice balance of personalized service and an aggressive sales record. Being a market expert is great... But being a market expert AND having a pleasant experience is EVEN BETTER! The majority of my clients come to me by referrals. My friends, family and their referrals have graced me with a thriving business. I consider everyone's pursuit for a new home as a real challenge.
