I think for some, including me, we get into jobs that fill only financial needs or that we somehow find ourselves doing something without regard to satisfying ones soul. This satisfies my soul. I love everything about homes. They are as individual as the person themselves. I love matching the house to the people, I never get tired of the hunt for the buyer or the presentation for the seller. . I do very well in negotiations as that is an art form in itself.

| Sandy took what is supposed to be the one of the most stressful experiences ever designed to torture a human being - buying a house - and made it, at worst, tolerable and, at best, fun! More a home buying counselor than a house selling Realtor, her patience, sense of humor, familiarity and genuine affection for the area (and visa versa), seemingly inexhaustible list of contacts and finely honed negotiation skills helped us find and purchase the perfect house into which we could move our home. | Great home buyers agent Dear Sandy, I am thoroughly enjoying the new house that I purchased earlier this year. I am also glad I chose the Hudson Valley after looking in other areas If anyone is reading this, and trying to decide on a "buyers agent" I would highly recommend Sandy for the following reasons: - She thoroughly understands the market - Can differentiate the needs of a "weekender" vs. full time resident - Can leverage expert professionals (lawyers, bankers, etc) that I was completely comfortable with. - Truly a buyers agent and not afraid of push back from the sellers agent when making an offer. - I presume she wears the "sellers agent" hat just as well. - Good person/hard worker and didn't get discouraged when I needed to "see more houses".
