We live in Murrieta and have 2 children, ages 13 and 4. Our children are active in community activities, in which we participate as volunteers.  We love working together as a real estate team.  Our combined strengths help us in securing and completing successful real estate transactions.

 Along with being licensed as real estate consultants and serving the community for 5 years we come together with over 20 years experience in customer care and sales experience. Sandra, previously licensed in Orthopaedic Technology, spending over 10 years working side by side with Orthopaedic Surgeons both in an office and operating room setting.  Sandra is also a published author with the National Association of Orthopaedic Surgeons.  Alberto comes with 12 years of sales and corporate executive experience and bilingual in Spanish, therefore being able to add to the ever growing community. We are committed to continuing education. We love to learn and we attend real estate seminars so that we are up to date on the latest real estate information to better assist our clients and better our business. We believe our experience has helped us with the ability to hold strong communication levels with clients, skills of organization and the ability to pay attention to great detail.
