I’ve lived & worked in Southern California my entire life. I began my career in Real Estate more than a decade ago listing & selling real estate. I've been a Real Estate Broker (DRE # 00479333) with a large scope of understanding of many facets of the real estate housing industry. As a trained and certified Real Estate Broker, I've earned a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) Certification. This allows me to handle Short Sale transactions with skill. Having served the Southern California Real Estate market with a great deal of passion & pride throughout my career has proven to be satisfying. With my diverse background that includes Mortgage Banking, this has allowed me the unique opportunity to leverage my knowledge to help homeowners in ways they typically are unaware of. As a licensed Mortgage Originator, (NMLS # 248148) I cover the following areas: San Dimas, Claremont, Covina, Diamond Bar, Glendora, La Verne, Upland, Walnut and West Covina, California.
I love working with all aspects of Real Estate. In the very beginning of my career, I started working with First Time Home Buyers and still continue as of this day. However, after many years of living this industry, I evolved myself into a well-rounded Broker that represents Sellers, Investors and Buyers of every stage in life, be it first time or move up. I expertly represent buyers and sellers in Short Sale transactions, Foreclosure and Standard transactions also in San Dimas, Claremont, La Verne and Glendora California.
