About The Harley Team: We are Air Force Veterans with overwhelming enthusiasm, passion, and energy for real estate.  Our military training provided us excellent project management experience, and skilled us in accomplishing more with fewer resources.  As professionals at relocation ourselves, we understand the importance of creating stress-free and easy moves for our clients.  We are pretty much real estate obsessed!!!  So if your concern is finding an agent who can give you the time and attention you need, we have the time for you.  Married since 2007, we have worked together in buying and selling property, real estate investing, renovating, and property management for years.  The need to think outside of the box is an essential technique in getting a home sold in this market.  My (Stephanie’s) passions include internet marketing, research, and generating new creative techniques for getting the most exposure for our client’s homes. I love creating videos to showcase properties and communities to entice buyers to get them in your home.  Customized videos have also made the home buying process easier for our friends who relied on the technology in order to purchase a home sight-unseen.  This can be common for families relocating for a military move, or for out-of-state investors purchasing rental properties. Customer satisfaction is most important to us, and so is staying connected to our clients throughout the transaction and beyond.  Jeremy is a friendly and patient consultant and advocate. He implements his innovative problem solving skills to try a different route when conventionalism fails. Each real estate transaction is unique and requires a team to adapt and resolve new challenges and predicaments.  Jeremy is unwavering on his clients’ behalf.  And this earns him the respect and trust of our customers for life. How we got in the business? I (Stephanie) am a Texan and grew up in San Antonio.  Jeremy is from a small town in Pennsylvania. We met in the service when we were stationed overseas in Germany.  Our final duty station was Las Vegas.  When we got out of the service we joined an excellent team of real estate agents and learned how to be successful in one of the most sullen housing markets of all time.  At the time, over 80% of the market was a distressed sale.  We were highly successful at negotiating with banks in helping homeowners out from under their homes by eradicating their toxic assets through the short sale process.  Short sales can be an emotional strain for those involved, and we learned how to assist families through the process and helped them move on to a better financial position.  Since so much of the Las Vegas market was bank owned inventory (foreclosure properties), getting through to the banks on our clients behalf required diligence and determination.  We kept fighting for our clients, like pit bulls until we got a yes, regardless of how many “no’s” came before it. When we moved back to San Antonio and brought our business model with us and joined an office where we would receive motivation from our colleagues, and where our skills would continue to evolve and progress.  We work with sellers to prepare their home for sale, and have developed unique marketing strategies with a high emphasis on virtual presence.  Our goal is to help get the homeowner’s home in front of as many potential buyers as possible, so that it sells at the best terms for our clients.  We are always working to match up buyers with the perfect home to meet their needs, and provide the necessary assistance during the relocation process.
