My two interests after graduating from San Diego State University (BA in Public Admin and Urban Studies) in 94 has been technology and real estate.
I have spent over 15+ years in sales after graduating from SDSU.
The initial 13 years were spent procuring high-end buyers (OEM type) for sellers (employing companies) in the "tech" sector. When executing these deals, liabilities abound along with caution thereby inspection/testing dictated the pace of negotiations. When a fortune 100 companies such as GE, Andrew RF Amplifiers, Cisco Systems, and etc spends millions with you as a vendor, it's not just liabilities at risk but most importantly their brand.
Next, before returning home to San Diego, lived in San Jose and Chicago IL where I've purchased and sold a property. Back home, I've purchased another property. Having been on the both side of as a buyer and as a seller in a Real Estate transaction and working with various Realtors, keenly observed DOs and DON'Ts in a RE transaction at all levels.
So it seemed intuitive to start Alora Realty and its dual business model - traditional and contemporary (green).
