My name is Sam Mahshi, a Sr. Mortgage Consultant, with LoanFunderPro.com powered by Preferred Mortgage, Inc. I have lived in the Bay Area practically all my life. As a son of very ambitious and hard working immigrant parents, who landed in SF via Boston, MA in the late 60's to create and live the dream of a bright future in the land of opportunity, hard work and integrity is engrained in my fiber and still remains the strong bind of my path.
I have been in the Mortgage lending business now for over 25+ years, originating loans, business development and sales management, underwriting, training and recruiting. I have experienced different eras, economies, and lending environments, all under several various leaderships and organizations. The common thread for me in all those years is my passion and drive in helping people reach their goals.

| Sam was very kind and professional. I spoke to another mortgage broker prior to meeting Sam. I spent months with her and felt like I was not getting anywhere. None of her lenders were able to refinance my home at 75% LTV. She spent a couple months on it. As it was my first financing encounter, I decided to wait it out. Finally, I was referred to Sam. He literally got the deal done within a month. I was extremely happy with his services. |
