| As a small business owner, I don't like people who cannot get things done or those who seem like they do not care what is important to me. Those kinds of people I do not work with nor do I refer...Samantha is not one of those people. After losing a house we really, really wants and our loan being denied through another company for a new home...because the loan was packaged poorly and incorrectly , Samantha did everything right, in half the time and professionally. No corners were cut, no lies. She did and excellent job and I refer her to anyone who is buying a home. If I wanted her to answer a question at midnight, she was there.. if I wanted to complain or ask dumb questions, she answered professionally and honestly. If you want it done right, professional and courteous Samantha Bowie is definitely the person. My husband and I were overly satisfied. |

| At first meeting with my real estate agent Jason Hagman, before I even began looking at homes to buy, I was referred to Samantha Bowie for all of the financial aspects of the house purchase. She helped me every step of the way. Even when my questions became so plentiful to the point of becoming annoying (at least to me), Samantha made sure that I understood every step of the process, and was always pleasant. She always made me feel that she was genuinely happy to see or hear from me. Despite my many friends and colleagues opinion that mortgage brokers are in the business only for their own personal gain, I always felt that, due to the fabulous attention I received from the beginning of the process, I was Samantha's MOST IMPORTNANT client. Naturally I was truly excited about buying a house, but my experience would not have been nearly as excellent had I not had Samantha and her team on my side.
