One of the many beautiful tourist spots in Colorado Springs is the cliff dwellings in Manitou. A must see when you come to visit. It has it's own aura and it is absolutely fascinating to see how people lived all those years ago. I can't imagine what it was like in the winter ... brrrr.
Another wonderful piece of nature is Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs - as the sun rises and sets so the contour and colors of the rocks change. Very peaceful ambiance - rock climbers, runners, cyclists, walkers, horse riders all abound in this peaceful setting of mother nature.
And of course our famous Kissing Camels
And then of course, there are the balancing rocks - where everyone pretends to be Charles Atlas.
Moving on into town we have so many vistorian homes and quaint shops to visit.
