Gregory McCormack is a REALTOR® and has successfully completed the ABR and e-PRO® course of instruction. Gregory is licensed in North Carolina. Just a few words about how I conduct business. I am to the point and don't beat around the bush. If something has the potential of being an issue it is resolved a proffesional manner. NO point in being blind sided. I have an inquisitive nature, therefor I analyze things in depth. This in turn works in my clients favor and for everyone involved in the transaction. As everyone is a potential referral or referee, I treat all with the same respect and concideration. Honesty is truly the best policy.

Any an every potential issue is dealt wiht in a proffessional manner. I look out for their interests better than they will and advise them of potential outcomes with a variety of scenarios. I'm not looking for a transaction. I develop relationships.
If I may. I'd like to share a moment with you. I met a young Marine who had just been released from duty and returning home. His mother, whom he had moved back with, worked a job that had put him and his brother through school but wasn't quite enough for her to save much to purchase a home of her own. He had just found emplyment, but had no wrok record other than his military service. He wanted to buy a home for his mother to live in. He didnt think he had the potential and was really just wanting to find a home to rent. I showed him with his mothers good credit and both their incomes it was possible. Through counciling him we developed a strategy that gave him the confidence to acheive his dream. Today his mother, along with both her sons, have a beautiful model home in a great neighborhood. This is what I do.
