McCall is my home. It is an upbeat, rural, resort-town that offers year-round outdoor activities set in the pine-covered mountains rising above Payette Lake. I was born in Weiser, Idaho, and graduated from Cambridge High School before attending college at the University of Idaho in Moscow, Idaho. I started my real estate career in Idaho in 1996.
I specialize in residential homes, mountain and lakefront vacation properties, luxury properties, bare acreage and new construction.

Recreation
McCall and Valley County are an outdoor enthusiast's paradise! There are ample mountains, lakes, and trails for hiking, backpacking, horseback riding, mountain biking, boating, climbing and fishing. In winter, snow turns the surrounding mountains into a winter wonderland!
Since 1996 I have been assisting Buyer's and Seller's with real estate transactions. I am passionate about providing my clients with exceptional service and using my market expertise to their advantage.
I began my real estate career in a west central Idaho focusing on the rural farm and ranch communities of Cambridge, Weiser, Midvale and Council. This area experience allowed me to learn about the many details involved in selling farm and ranch properties and bare land as well as residential. It also allowed me to be involved in development and marketing of one of the largest planned unit developments in Adams County.
In 2001 I moved to McCall where my focus shifted to luxury and investment properties. McCall is a resort destination with both summer and winter draws, including: water sports, hiking, camping and winter sports sucha s skiing and snomobiling.
My early experiences in real estate allow me to think outside the box when it comes to preparing a marketing plan for a luxury property.
