I am a well educated (Bates, Boston University) New Hampshire native of 50 years with vast LOCAL and overall Northern NE knowledge. I have lived in the following NH towns: Nashua, Hudson, Litchfield, Amherst, Francestown, Dover, Portsmouth.  I have lived on Chebeague island Maine.  My clients benefit from my intimate knowledge of many Southern NH towns... I know driving distances, lakes, rivers, educational and recreational pursuits, events, cultural attractions and employment possibilities... I can serve as your hands-on guide as you consider this Southernmost portion of the State from the Merrimack to the Connecticut rivers.  I work hand in hand with other agents that cover more distant areas of the NH.  

The elderly is a demographic group of which I am fond and sensitive toward as the family issues surrounding transitions are near to my experience. I have the patience, kindness and hands-on experience to work with them or family caregivers during stressful transitional moves.  I am connected to local in-home elderly care providers and multiple NH based assisted living facilities. 

I also gear my business to the discriminating out of state buyer looking to buy in sales tax and income tax free NH.  I understand that time itself may be a limiting factor for this demographic group, so I will get a clear understanding of motivation and intent during a 15-20 minute phone interview and then go and personally tour homes that the buyer has chosen and provide detailed reports via email with photos to the buyer.  Finally a list of 4 or so homes will be arrived at and scheduled for a final viewing at which point the likelihood of a purchase will be quite certain. My life experience has given me plenty of opportunity to work with senior levels of responsibility and management, but also with fathers and mothers who expect a job well done and some courtesy. 

I also very comfortable in imparting my knowledge of  farm, equine and country estate properties.  Those homes have specific issues that sellers need to address and buyers need to watch out for.  I owned a 1790's antique farmhouse on 56 acres operated as a successful business for years as a niche vacation rental property.

My Comparative Price analyses are second to none...the pudding is in the detail!  If you are not getting current market data and speaking to that, then you are being short-changed- literally.   Hoping to become YOUR Realtor for life.
