I have provided a variety of consulting services for real estate and finance companies since 2002, including both private and public held investment firms. I have provided clarity on the valuation and investment feasibility of over 11,000 total acres and $600 million in invested capital in multiple markets throughout the US.  In addition to working with corporate clients, I have provided clarity for national retail clients through acquisition analysis, lease negotiation and property disposition cycles.  Prior to entering the consulting arena in 2002, I worked with national development and investment companies in the acquisitions, development and asset management of investment real estate throughout multiple North America markets.
