My partner and I have been rehabbing houses for a little over a year now, we have 7 projects under our belt. I think I have most of the drama and mishaps you see on shows like Flip this House. There are certainly gems of wisdom in the rubble that will be plucked out polished and made available for display.
I have lived my entire life in about a 30 mile stretch of Los Angeles and Orange Counties, always within 5-6 miles from the coast, now I'm an easy walk to the beach. I know and love these areas. I am more than happy to share my knowledge and experiences with anybody that will ask!
