Hi there. I'm a full time professional Realtor in Colorado Springs, Colorado, home of the U.S. Air Force Academy, the U.S. Olympic Training Center and many other great organizations all sitting in the shadow of Pike's Peak, the mountain that inspired the song "America the Beautiful". I've lived here in the "Springs" for 25 years, having relocated from the sunny shores of Southern California to the rugged beauty of Colorado and I LOVE living here with my wife, youngest son, our cat and our Siberian husky! I've been a professional real estate consultant for over 18 years and have come to love the exciting and ever changing world of helping friends, family and acquaintances buy and sell real estate with the utmost expertise, discretion and integrity. I've achieved the Hall of Fame designation with my former real estate firm, RE/MAX and have consistently outperformed the majority of Realtors in our area.

I am an experienced agent in nearly every area of the residential real estate market here in Colorado Springs including first time homebuyers (who are a lot of fun), resales and new homes, and have concentrated on staying on top of the market by earning my Certified Distressed Property Expert designation (CDPE) and the NAR Accredited Buyer Representative certification (ABR.) I've also invested a lot in the last couple of years educating myself about property presentation and working with high net worth individuals and have recently earned the Luxury Home Professional designation. I hold a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership.
It's important to emphasize that I value clients in every area of real estate and don't limit myself just to the luxury home market. | Russ Gordon helped us sell and buy and we were very pleased with his professionalism and knowledge throughout the process. This wasn't our first time buying and selling a house but the first time we used Russ and we wished we would have had him on our previous houses. One thing that stood out in Russ was when we had our house for sale and we came home one Sunday night to find we didn't have a key to get in. Russ drove up to Monument from Colorado Springs on a Sunday night to access the key in the door lock box and helped us get in! |
