REALTORS have a very broad level of knowledge, but it often does not include specifics of certain technologies.  My background includes twenty years as an Army Officer involved in training adults.  My own training as an Organizational Development Officer helped me to provide consultative services while on active duty.  My undergraduate education (B.A., Economics), as well as graduate education (M.S, Transportation Management; M.B.A. with MIS concentration), laid the foundation for me to teach in a technology related arena.

Since 1998 I have been offering hands-on training on the TOP PRODUCER Systems, Inc. line of real estate contact management software.  Initially, my training area included six states in the mid-Atlantic region.  In 2002, I acquired a motorcoach which permitted travel across the country.  Since then I have provided hands-on training in twenty-one states (Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Maryland, Montana, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, and Washington). 

My travel plans are dictated primarily by group training sessions for eight to twenty students.  I can bring eighteen laptops, computer projection equipment, wireless routers, and expert knowledge to your location for hands-on training.  Most group sessions last fourteen hours of a two day period.  You supply the location, students, internet connections, and advertising.  I can take care of the rest. 

Additionally, I am often able to build in team and individual training into my travel plans.  This supplements my web based conference training which I am able to accomplish from Florida when I am not on the road.
