Get to Know Ralph Tiz
For the past 25 years I have been involved with real estate and property management. First licensed in New Jersey in 1982. I have received my GRI Certification and continued in to earn my New Jersey State Broker's License. Most recently I earned my CRS designation. I, also, am a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, CLHMS, and a charter member of The Luxury Home Marketing Institute.
I work on a resort barrier reef island market that primarily is second homes and investment properties. The market is high end in both quality and price. Our clients are from all over the country with the majority coming from Philadelphia, New York, Wilmington, DE, other parts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Certifications
I work with first time investmant buyers and seasoned seashore market buyers. I have put together parcels for development for inland projects. Many of my buyers and sellers participate in 1031 tax free exchanges and I have a good understanding of that process. I sell condominiums and single family homes. I have sold a number of new construction condos and houses. I, also, help to rent those investment properties that I have sold to my clients.
I have sold and leased commercial properties as well.
Whether a client is interested in buying or selling a converted motel room that is now a condo, a bayfront or a beachfront I have the expertise and experience to help that individual.
