         The title says it all.  Since its inception in 2000, Silverado Custom Homes has earned a reputation for building quality homes with an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.  President and Owner of Silverado Custom Homes, Bob Tedesco, has both the experience and the passion necessary to take his clients vision and develop it into the home of their dreams.

          As a second generation builder, Bob graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Building Construction Management and has been involved in the construction industry for 15 years prior to founding Silverado Custom Homes.  

          This custom homebuilding company has since developed homes all over Southeastern Michigan, ranging in size from 1700 to 8000 square feet.  Silverado offers a catalog of distinctive floor plans from which to choose, while allowing the customer to alter or design their own plan to suit their personal preferences.

          Mr. Tedesco personally oversees all phases of the construction process to ensure that each home is tailored to the customer's specifications.  Silverado Custom Homes are designed with the customer in mind and reflect the way families and individuals live today.
