Southern California natives, my wife Luanne and I moved to Phelan in 1989 to raise our family. We continue our involvement in many community related activities mainly focused around youth and high school sports.

I have in-depth training including special real estate courses such as Real Estate Practice, Economics, Financing, Property Management, Legal Aspects, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Investments, Exchanges, Taxation and Creative Financing. I hold an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation as well as the Electronic Professional (e-Pro) designation and I am currently working towards a Certified Commercial Investment Property Specialist (CCIPS) designation.
