I am a member of the Houston Association of Realtors and Lucia, my wife, who is also a realtor is a member of the Galveston Association of Realtors. We call Galveston our home but, sell houses on both the island and the mainland.

Lucia and I work as a team, when you list your home with us you get the benefit of having your property placed in both the Galveston and Houston MLS systems.

We have experience selling single family homes, condos and small multi-family properties.

I've been working with Deem Realty part-time for about a year and a half. I have worked full-time for the University of Texas Medical Branch since 1989. Many of my real estate clients are UTMB staff.

Lucia's background is in the legal profession. She has been a realtor for about four years. She speaks both English and Spanish and has a number of Spanish speaking clients.
