Born and raised in central Conneticut until my teenage years when my family relocated to western Massachusetts,(Longmeadow to be exact).  After graduating high school I relocated to Boston to attend Boston University School of Fine Arts.  What an experience?  Moving fast forward to 1989, after enduring many years of 9-5, Monday thru Friday "stabile" employment in retail sales and then government manufacturing. I needed a change.  At the same time my wife an I began to look into purchasing our 1st home.  I soon realized that real estate sales and marketing was something I'd like to do.  Seemed like fun. Right! Well to my amazement, after all the pre licensing education, exams, joining the right brokerage firm, paying all the national, state and local dues, joining National and State Association of Realtors, etc.  etc. etc. That's when the fun began.  Lessons they don't teach you in class. Experiences I wish I had written about.  Computers?  They were new toys that weren't kid or human friendly.  Email? huh? Your office was ahead of the times if you had a fax machine.  And MLS was a printed book of all the active listings--a new one every 2 weeks.  Moving 20 years forward, I'm still here and so are those computers--it wasn't a fad, afterall. Technology has definately taken over all aspects of every day life.  Real Estate marketing has by far benefitted by this advancement. Both by the Real Estate professional and consumer.  Communication has never been easier.  Being a Realtor at Prudential Verani Realty has been a major contributer in my success. Education is constant as the market changes so must we.  Relocation, bank foreclosures, resale, new construction , I've done them all with great success.  Needing buyer and or seller representation, you can count on me.

You don't need a Realtor to purchase your next home or sell your present one. But having one on your side is priceless. www.nhhomes030.com
