I specialize in first time home buyers. Educating them about the financing side of the transaction, thru the home inspection process, and the contract negotiation. I feel that it is truly important to understand excatly what you are doing when purchasing a home from start to finish. I Educate my buyers on thinking about the true idea of home ownership, not just looking at the home but realizing that they must be able to afford it.
