We have a collective 30 years plus in business in Real Estate and business and are vested in our clients and our community. We are active as both Realtors and Lenders, and are a one-stop full service shop, knowledgeable in Residential and Investment property, as well as probates, trusts and commercial. We are member of By Referral Only, and network with other professionals with the same vision as ours, which is to help others first, and we will be rewarded by our service to others.

Certifications
Rose: I am an attorney and from that experience bring alot of knowledge to the table to close deals. I am also good at counseling others and can walk clients through the process of buying or selling from start to finish, including Credit Repair, financing and I have negotiated and structured contracts ready to fall out due to different expectations and needs of Buyers and Sellers. I love working with First Time Home Buyers and have plenty of Low-Down Loan Programs.
David: I have lived and worked in Long Beach my entire life. My relationships are far and wide, with the young as well as the more established client. Long Beach has properties ranging from the Multi-million dollar price range down to $100,000, and I enjoy working with clients from either end of the spectrum and in-between. You will not see alot of ads posted my myself or my wife, as we work "By Referral Only" and are know in the community for being honest and having integrity.
