Having been in Real Estate since 1996, it has been my goal to provide the best advice and negotiations for my clients.  Specializing in helping buyers find a home, I also list properties and have been recognized with the "Award of Excellence" by the Spartanburg Board of Realtors.  I know the Spartanburg market extremely well and have worked with many buyers on purchasing new homes, re-sales, foreclosures and short sales, having a strong ability to negotiate and work out home inspection problems.  In addition, working under a "hands-on" broker-in-charge with 30 years of experience and a Closing Coordinator to help closings go a smooth as possible, has been a real help in being successful even in these tough real estate times!
