Get to Know Ronald L. McKnight Sr.

My name is Ronald L. McKnight, Sr.  After serving in the Army for 22 1/2 years and retiring as 1SG(P), I pursued a career in Real estate.  As a new agent I was taught that if you became knowledgeable in your craft, applied yourself, and rendered the best and most professional service to both customers and clients that you could, you would be a successful Realtor.  Well 16 years later I not only consider myself to be a very seccessful realtor, but I achieved that success while being affiliated with the same company.  I have attended many classes and recieved many awards for my service.  I am licensed in both Tennessee and Kentucky.  As a Graduate of the Realtor Institute, I am qualified to render services, and or assist in understanding matters of concern in the following areas:  Appraisals, Financing, Market Analysis, Contracts (representing both buyers and sellers), Rental Property to include Rental Management, Contract Negotiation, Referral Network (both in and outbound) and Relocation.  For the past several years I have been the Agent Trainer for the company.  In December 2006, I accepted the job of General Manager of Century 21 Alamo Realty, Inc.   

I have always prided myself with having the desire and ability to put my customers and clients first.  In doing so, I have been recognized for rendering exceptional service to buyers and sellers alike.   I live by my motto "Big Enough To serve You - small enough to care".

I specialize in Residential Real Estate.  My customers and clients have grown to expect and recieve professional guidance which assist them in making the best decisions possible when buying and selling thier home.  During the 16 years that I have been a Real Estate I have established working relationships with lenders, bankers and fellow agents with both century 21 Alamo and other Real Estate Companies.

I stay abreast with the change in programs offered to first time home buyers affording them to buy the house that fits their family needs.  An attentive ear coupled with a true desire to serve and satisfy customers and clients separates me from other agents.

I also provide assistance and guidance to low income families and families with special needs.  With the changing market and laws governing Real Estate, knowledge makes the difference in buyers and sellers achieving their objective.  I strive to be the agent that all can trust and depend on.

Realizing that every home is different, I prepare a specific znd detailed Comparative Market Analysis for each property.  The goal being to assist sellers in getting the most for their home in as little time possible.  As it relates to buyers, I negotiate in a manner which reflects my skills as a Buyers Agent when working in that capacity. 

Being licensed in both Tennessee and Kentucky, realizing that the laws vary from state to state, I constantly take classes to keep abreast of the manner in which I am expected to service customers and clients.  Therefore, in addition to my actions being of a legal nature,   I also pride myself with being honest, ethical, professional and dependable.
