With over thirty-eight years of full-time experience, I have worked in virtually all aspects of the real estate industry including appraisal, brokerage, investment, land development, new home construction, property management and rehabilitation of single and multi-family homes.

As a licensed real estate broker I have over $150,000,000 in closed sales transactions.

As an Appraiser and Consultant, I have represented 1,157 private clients for the purpose of lowering their tax assessments and won reductions in 97.5% (1,131) of those cases.

As an Appraiser, I have provided testimony as an expert witness in hundreds of legal proceedings ranging from informal hearings and Small Claims Court proceedings to cases heard in Family Court, Surrogate Court, and State Surpreme Court.

As a land developer, I have developed over 690 acres of land in nine residential subdivisions for which I was responsible for planning, securing all governmental approvals and supervising construction of infrastructure, including roads, water, sewer & utility lines as well as marketing the individual developed lots.  I have also assisted other developers as a development and marketing consultant for two additional subdivisions.

My unique qualifications and years of experience have provided me with a well-rounded view of the real estate market from a variety of important perspectives.  This enables me to deliver high quality, reliable and personal service to my appraisal and brokerage clients.  As a result, repeat and referral clients now comprise over 90% of my business.
